The Goal
When God commissioned Joshua to be a leader of his people, he declared to him. This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night (Joshua 1:8). How would Joshua be able to accomplish such a call? It is only through scripture memorization.

Like Joshua, we are called to do much more with Scripture than just read it. We are told to store it in our hearts, to meditate on it, to let it renew our minds, it is to guide our feet and light our path.
These things are only possible through Scripture memorization.

God’s Word must be so strongly fixed in our minds that it becomes the dominant influence in our thoughts, our attitudes, and our actions. One of the most effective ways of influencing our minds is through memorizing Scripture.

The Plan
To memorize Scripture effectively, you must have a plan.
The plan and challenge is to memorize one verse a week while reviewing and retaining previous verses.

You can do this by yourself or you can join our church group below.
